- Monitor and Evaluate Operation Paterson Shield in six targeted areas
- Cost-effective deployment of technology
- New Community Monitoring and Policing Methods leveraging real-time and recorded intelligence from video streams
- Outcomes-based approach for evaluation of success and City Wide deployment of Advanced Security Measures
- Integrate with other police initiatives such as the District Plan and CompStat
